Ashton has said that when he thinks of joy and happiness he thinks of parades. So of course we had to attend a 4th of July parade!

In the evening we went down to DC to be at our nation's capitol to enjoy the fireworks and remember the freedoms we have.

Oh my goodness, that is the cutest thing I've ever heard--"When Ashton thinks of joy and happiness, he thinks of parades." I love it. I think that's why I love the 4th of July in Provo so much. You guys are great!
